Martin O'Malley to visit La Plata. O'Malley will be starting his visit at the Charles County Government Building at noon. From there he will be going to the County Court House and will end his visit at Brewhouse Coffee on Charles Street. All buildings are open to the public. The event should last approximately an hour and a half.
